Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the moment you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase. You do not need to give a reason, and no additional fees will be charged, in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673 and applicable consumer legislation.

Complete the form below. You will receive an automatic confirmation by email as soon as your request has been registered. The refund will be processed within the statutory deadline that applies to your purchase.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, certain categories of goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. For purchases on nuniglobal.se, the following exemption applies:

Broken seals on cosmetics and skincare (hygiene products): Products that have been sealed or tamper-proofed for health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken by the consumer after delivery, are exempt from the right of withdrawal – Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Important: For health and hygiene reasons, a product that has been opened, tested or had its packaging/seal broken cannot be returned. For the right of withdrawal to apply, the product must be completely unopened and in its original condition.

Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
