Yes, lavender is one of the gentlest essential oils and suits most people. If you have very reactive skin, do a patch test on your forearm first.

Take a small piece, rub it between your palms and massage it in. Good as a night cream, on stretch marks and dry patches, or for a soothing body massage before bed.
