Our story

Nuni Global was born from a love story, an entrepreneurial dream, and a journey to Ghana that lasted longer than planned. When the pandemic broke out in 2020, we, Aida and Eben, remained there, far from home. What initially felt like an obstacle became the beginning of something new.

During that time, we got to know the women behind our raw materials, their craftsmanship, and the knowledge passed down through generations. When we returned home to Sweden, we made our first major purchase: one tonne of shea butter. Today, we work with more than 20 tonnes of raw materials and continue to grow alongside the women's cooperatives we work with.

Today, Nuni is still a family business in every sense of the word. Alongside us, Babi and our mother Keti are also part of the journey. They portion and pack, and they love writing personal notes to you. In the background are Nourah, Alaina, and Imani, our three daughters, who remind us to pause and put on a dance show. Behind every product are people. The women who create the raw materials, the family who takes care of the orders, and all the relationships built along the way. These are the people who make Nuni what it is today.
